Does my client have to sign up for a Premium subscription with HomeZada?

If you give your client a Zada Listing or a Property, they get a Premium subscription free for a year (a $59.00 value). After a year, your client can choose to remain a Premium member where they will have to pay the $59.00 fee by entering in their credit card info or they can pay nothing and remain an Essential user (see our Consumer pricing page)

I have a lot of properties to manage. Do you offer any volume discounts?

Are there any re-occuring subscription fees?

At this time there are no re-occurring subscription fees. We will monitor the amount of storage that professionals accounts use, and we may introduce storage pricing in the future.

Can I renew my online branding ad

After your client uses HomeZada for a year, you can renew your branding ad for $5.00 per client per year by picking and choosing which clients you want to advertise in front of.

Do you have a corporate version of HomeZada Professional?

As a property manager, can I share a property with my client?

Yes, you can share a property with a client that gives them full access to only their property. This is a $25.00 per property per year additional fee.
